Thanks for identifying it for me. Unfortunately, that's the only photo I've got of it (I was immensely camera-shy in my late teens - typical snotty adolescent!).
It was a long time ago, and I had only just started playing guitar, so my ability to comment on it's playability is a little difficult. However, I do remember it being very heavy - the body seemed very deep and the white covering was a very thick vinyl/plastic type coating, rather than a paint job. Added to that, all the extra body required to make the "wings" of the X-shape just added to the weight. There seemed to be very little difference between the three pick up settings - slightly bassy, slightly middley and slightly trebley, if I remember!
I also remember that my next guitar was a Gibson SG Special, and, compared to the Vox, it was streets ahead, so I guess it wasn't that brilliant.
However, it was quite an eye-catcher (if only I'd realised how rare it was - I've never seen one since), and the two lower legs of the "X" shape meant that you could stand it up against your amp without worrying about it falling over!!
